Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

How the site is built

• The site is built to be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and controls are checked against WCAG contrast ratios.
• Animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Images carry text alternatives, or are marked as decorative when they add nothing a reader needs.
• Forms label every field and say in words what is missing. Errors never rely on color alone.
• The facility audit works without the map. You can type an address and continue; the map is a visual aid, not a requirement.

Where we are

We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. If something on the site does not work for you, we want to know.
